Mr. Li Baozhong (李寶忠) - Chairman of the Board

Mr. Li Baozhong joined the Group in 1992 and has over 28 years of experience in corporate management and construction engineering industry. Mr. Li is the chairman of the Nomination Committee and member of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee under the Board of the Company. Mr. Li has obtained an executive master’s degree in business administration from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, as well as the qualification of senior engineer in Hebei Province and the qualification of national certified constructor. Mr. Li is the vice president of Hebei Construction Industry Association.

Mr. Shang Jinfeng (商金峰) - President

Mr. Shang Jinfeng joined the Group in 1998 and has over 23 years of experience in the construction engineering industry and corporate management. Mr. Shang is also a member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee under the Board of the Company. Mr. Shang has obtained an EMBA degree from Peking University, as well as the qualifications of national certified constructor from the Ministry of Construction of the PRC and senior engineer .

Mr. Liu Yongjian (劉永建) - Vice President

Mr.Liu Yongjian joined the group in 1985 and has over 36 years of experience in the construction engineering industry and corporate management. Mr. Liu is also the person in charge of production safety. Mr. Liu has obtained a doctor’s degree of engineering in structural engineering from Tianjin University, as well as the qualifications of national certified constructor from the Ministry of Construction of the PRC and senior engineer .

Mr. Zhao Wensheng (趙文生)-Vice President 、Chief Accountant

Mr. Zhao Wensheng joined the group in 1989. and has over 32 years of experience in corporate management and the financial management. Mr Zhao is an executive Director of the company .Mr. Zhao has obtained a bachelor’s degree in management majoring in accounting from Hebei University of Economics and Business in Shijiazhuang, as well as the qualification of senior accountant 。

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Li Baoyuan (李寶元) - Honorary Chairman of the Board

Mr.Li Baoyuan joined the group in 1970 and has over 50 years of experience in corporate management and the construction engineering industry. Mr. Li is also a member of the Audit Committee under the Board of the Company. Mr. Li has obtained a PhD degree in business administration from International East-West University in the United States, and he also has obtained the qualification of senior economist.

Independent Non-Executive Directors

Ms. Shen Lifeng (申麗鳳)

Ms. Shen Lifeng has more than 31 years of experience in law, investment and financing management and corporate management. Ms. Shen is the chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee under the Board of the Company. Ms. Shen has obtained a master’s degree of economics from Hebei University, as well as a doctor of law degree in civil and commercial law from the School of Law of Peking University. Ms. Shen has obtained the qualifications of lawyer from the Lawyer’s Qualification Review Committee of the Ministry of Justice (司法部律師資格審查委員會) and is a senior economist. Ms. Shen is a standing committee member of the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Hebei Province (河北省工商業聯合會) and the vice president of the General Chamber of Commerce of Hebei Province (河北省總商會).

Ms. Chen Xin has more than 13 years of experience in corporate management. Ms. Chen has obtained a master’s degree in international management from University of London, King’s College in London, the United Kingdom. Ms. Chen is the chairman of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee and under the Board of the Company.

Mr. Chan Ngai Sang Kenny (陳毅生)

Mr. Chan Ngai Sang Kenny has extensive experience in the accounting industry and has served as an independent non-executive director for a number of listed companies. Mr. Chan is also a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee and Remuneration and Appraisal Committee of the Board of the Company. Mr. Chan obtained a bachelor of commerce degree in accounting and finance from The University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. He is a certified public accountant and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Senior Management

Mr LV Qian

Mr lv joined group in 1987, Mr LV graduated in Architectural Engineering from Harbin University of Civil Engineering and Architecture. Mr lv is a Senior engineer.

Mr Tian Wei

Mr Tian joined the group in July 1991. Mr Tian obtained the qualification of a Senior engineer in November 2011;obtained an academic diploma in Architectural Engineering from Hebei University of Architecture in July 2001; and obtained an academic diploma in enterprise operation and management from Hebei University of Architecture in June 2004; then Obtained an undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Hebei University of Architecture in July 2005 ;

Mr. Zhang wenzhong

Mr zhang joined the group in 1998. Mr Zhang obtained an master degree in Architectural Engineering from Tianjin University in 2008;Mr Zhang obtained the qualification of a Senior engineer in February 2015.

Mr. Li Wutie (李武鐵) - Board secretary and Assistant to the President

Mr. Li Wu tie joined the group in 2013 and is responsible for information disclosures and investor management as well as corporate government affairs of company. Mr. Li has obtained a master of science degree in accounting, accountability and financial management from King’s College of London in London, the United Kingdom.

Mr. Chen Liewei

Mr. Chen Lie-wei joined the Group in 1999. Mr. Chen graduated from Hebei Institute of Architecture and Engineering for the major of Civil Engineering in July 1992. Later, he obtained a master's degree in structural engineering and a Doctor's degree in management from Tianjin University, and Guanghua EMBA from Peking University. He is a national first-class registered structural engineer and a senior engineer. In 2010, he was awarded the title of "May 1 Labor Medal" and "Outstanding Person in Charge of Construction Enterprise in Tianjin".

Mr. Liu Xingyue

Mr. Liu Xingyue joined the Group in July 1989. Mr. Liu graduated from Chongqing Architecture College in 1990. In March 2006, he was certified as a second-class construction engineer and is now a senior engineer. Mr. Liu was awarded the first Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Hebei Province in December 2008. In 2011, he was honored as one of the top ten Outstanding young entrepreneurs in Langfang. In April 2012, he was awarded the title of Langfang Workers Model Worker by Langfang People's Government. In 2019, he was awarded the Hebei Model Worker.
